For these pizzas, we adopt advanced cooking techniques. Starting from the dough, made by broth and flour extracted from vegetables, we obtain different consistencies and an authentic taste.
We use all parts of the vegetables. Our aim is both to fully valorise them and to adopt “zero waste” techniques when possible.
